Hallo,
Alistair is young inspiring man from Kenya who has passion in working in his community.He did his high school education in 2005. He quickly entered into community work the following year.
In 2006 he participated in an eco-friendly exchange programme between Kenyans, Tanzanians. this was a programme organized by Canada World Youth and Africa Canada Eco-leadership programme. THhey were to spend 2 month in each of the two countries; learn their culture, eat their food and participate in eco-friendly programmes. this programme really shaped his parception of life.
Currently he his running a social slum tour programme where he is the Co-founder and tour manager.www.explorekibera.com
It is in the Kibera slum of Kenya.It are a social tourism project designed to promote volunteerism and raise awareness about the Kibera slums. We offer safe walking tours for open-minded travelers and aims to solely benefit Kibera by hiring local staff, supporting local development projects, and bringing a stream of demand to local craft makers.

Am a founder member of Global Environment Advocacy and Production (GEAPA) which is a global network founded at kaleidoscope in India. we majorly promote campaigns on sustainable environment and climate change. this network consists of action partners from different countries of the world.
i also founded an organization called Kasavai Community Development Initiative (KCDI) which is an organization based in a rural setup in Kenya and its major objective is to spearhead community development. i have currently started a school whereby i raised the money to buy school land and build classes, the project is ongoing. you can visit www.kasavai.org
Am also a student studying forestry and environment management. with climate change being the major threat in our lives, am optimistic that the skills am learning and that that i have will go back to the community
Am avid football fun and a rugby player. am also a simple person who goes well almost with everyone.
