Biography

I am a simple Mongolian girl but I have dreams to do lots of things in my Ulaanbaatar. Today there are so many problems in my motherland, but I don’t want criticize it. I just want to get involved in the problems and change them. First I would like to start with myself. I have a strong belief that If just one person changes their own life it will influence the social life.
My name is Baasansuren Enkhtungalag and I am 21 years old. I am currently studying my 3rd year at Mongolian University of Science and Technology to be a social worker. When I was in high school I started to volunteer in a charitable organization which is called Asral NGO. First I was a volunteering assistant teacher of English for kids who are from poor families. Then I moved to help to head of our charity and foreign people who are fundraisers. We have visited so many families which needed our help. People have introduced their life story and problems. For this reason I decided to become social worker.
Now I would like develop myself through OIYP. I want to improve my language, view and professional skills. Then I will able to help to solve many problems in Mongolia. |
