Biography

My name is Akufai Jonah, am 25 years of age and I hail from Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State Nigeria.
I am a proactive youth whose enthusiasm, passion and willingness to learn stand out among my peers. I am creative and also a team player who can work with little or minimal supervision.
My leadership attributes and motivational skills that I have garnered over the years cannot be undermined. Having worked with different organizations, experience has taught me to be highly motivated, well organized and able to work quickly and see beyond conventional boundaries with the sole aim of achieving team goals and attaining a desired professionalism.
For the past five years, I have been an active member of many national and international youth groups responding to issues as they affect young people. Currently I am dedicating my efforts to start a youth communication platform called Communication 4 Social Change; a media based non-governmental organization committed to increasing health awareness among individuals, groups and communities on HIV/AIDS with the aid of films and PSA.
My passion is my driving force because I want to see and become a part of a community where everyone counts. |
