Biography

Hello or Bula as they say in my country, I am Sairusi Vunisea. I’m 25 years old and from Fiji, one of the beautiful islands of the South Pacific, I am still pursuing a degree at a University in my country as a part-time student and volunteering under a non- government organization namely Ecumenical Center for Research, Education & Advocacy or in short ECREA.EREA works for a socially inclusive, just and compassionate society.One of its programme(Youth Peace & Development)that I am currently volunteering under works in empowering young people as peace builder or peace architecture in their home, community and nation.We are called Youth Peace Facilitators.
My hobbies are playing volleyball, touch-rugby or any kind of sports and meeting people and making friends.
I am incredibly humbled and honoured to be part of OIYP for 2010 to 2013. For that I would like to take this opportunity to thank the OIYP team and organizers.
